Montpellier is an incredible city with a rather unique openness to the world. Today there are more than 300 international associations and thousands of foreigners from more than 50 countries. The International Village is an event that aims to value and celebrate this diversity that makes the city more beautiful.
The international village is a two-day event featuring a musical and festive parade through the streets of the city and a forum/village on one of the central and symbolic squares of the city of Montpellier still to be defined. The first international village will take place at the end of the first half of 2021.
The village will be organized into three distinct zones. The association district, the gastronomic district and the business district. In the first one you will be able to discover all the international associations of Montpellier and learn more about their actions, in the second one you will be able to taste specialties from all over the world, and in the third one you will be able to meet the foreign companies that are hiring in Montpellier and the Montpellier companies that are setting out to conquer the world. You will also be able to attend numerous shows and conferences throughout the event.
